Terms and Conditions AP33 — Platform Rules

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the AP33 platform — whether through the official website at ap33.vin or our mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as a member and AP33 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of our services.

AP33 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any provision in this document at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of significant changes through the platform's internal communication channels.

2Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use ap33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that absolutely prohibits online gambling under applicable local law.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• Never having had an account on the AP33 platform previously closed or blocked due to a terms violation.
• Depositing funds sourced from legitimate origins and not from any illegal activity.

Members who find they no longer meet these eligibility requirements after registration are responsible for notifying AP33 promptly and ceasing use of the platform.

3Account Registration & Security

Each member is only permitted to own one (1) active account at all times. Multiple registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or misleading information may result in account closure and the freezing of any existing balance.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
• Notify AP33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

AP33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their own login credentials.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

AP33 accepts a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through a secure, encryption-protected integrated payment system.

All withdrawal requests are processed upon completion of the member's identity verification (KYC). This is a standard procedure designed to protect members from unauthorized withdrawals. AP33 does not impose any processing fees on legitimate withdrawals.

AP33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

AP33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Every bonus offered is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General rules applicable to all AP33 bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering turnover) explicitly stated prior to any withdrawal being permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, IP address, residential address, phone number, or shared payment method.
• AP33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through multiple registrations, manipulative wagering, or other methods that violate the terms will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, or used to settle any obligations outside the platform.

6Game Rules & Integrity

AP33 is committed to ensuring all games run fairly and transparently. The Random Number Generator (RNG) system used across all slot and casino games has been certified by independent international auditing bodies.

Members are required to comply with the specific rules for each game type available on the platform. Violations of game rules, including but not limited to:

• Using bot software or automation to play.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

Any confirmed violation may result in cancellation of illegitimately obtained wins, account suspension, and legal action where necessary.

7Member Conduct & Code of Ethics

All AP33 members are expected to interact with the platform, support team, and fellow members in a respectful and courteous manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AP33 platform:

• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward support staff or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about AP33 on the platform or any social media channel.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Disclosing confidential information about the platform's systems or security vulnerabilities to third parties.

AP33 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any member who violates this code of conduct, including official warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

8Account Closure & Suspension

AP33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• The account is being used for fraudulent purposes or illegal activities.
• The relevant authority has issued a directive or court order relating to the account.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the AP33 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any real money balance (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe.

9AP33 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AP33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Losses incurred due to unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Valid game outcomes that did not go in your favour.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in your region.

AP33 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. We are, however, committed to minimising downtime and restoring service as quickly as possible in the event of any technical incident.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

AP33 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date.

It is the member's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes. Continued use of the AP33 platform after any amendment is published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the process established by AP33, with priority given to an amicable and goodwill resolution first.
